Group training with focus on reaction, balance, motoric, agility, mental- and physical training
Groups are necessary in school, at work and in most sports.
We offer a combination of group coaching and individual coaching – a training program where we perfomance optimize the individual trainee in combination with the group dynamic.
Our trainings are interval based , where we primary has the reaction training combined with the physical training. Motoric, balance and agility will be challenged and all our training drills are fun so the trainee will be motivated to work harder than ever.
