Group elite training with focus on reaction, balance, motoric, agility, mental- and physical training (max 8 persons)

Full focus on the individual trainee with training in reactions, speed, agility, mobility, balance, strength and mental ability. The trainees must be part of elite focus in their day to day sports to benefit from this training. The training is build up from “simple” drills like in the movie to hard core and stamina drills with resistance.
